Business Team
The business team is comprised of members from various functional areas of the business, and they contribute detailed knowledge of specific needs, pain points, existing and targeted processes and data. They own the business goals, define the business challenges, and the overall vision.
Solution Team
The solution team is the core team which cContributes detailed knowledge of EPM tools, configuration, usage, training for divisional solutions, and best-practices for business processes within EPM space. Controls instance approval.
Platform Team
The platform team makes up the platform Center of Excellence. This group facilitates user group stewardship. contributes detailed knowledge of EPM platform, integration,and other existing solutions within EPM space.
User Group Board
The user group board is comprised of users from the various business units and varying roles. They make up the "voice" of the user, and provide key imputs to the other teams for reinement of the solution.
